It's a huge shopping hub for electronics items like TV, Washing machine, fridge, Cooler, AC and all other electric items, i purchased samsung frontload washing machine from croma and it's good, overall experience was good, let's see if I need aftersale service how does they respond?

Very knowledgeable and co-operative staff. Mr.Harshal Shinde and Mr.Mukesh has explained everything well. Good parking space. Important thing is, Croma is connected with Highway so it is very easy to reach.

Had a great experience at Croma, Wagholi, thanks to Abhishek. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very patient while explaining product features and differences. He understood my requirements clearly and suggested the right options without pushing unnecessary upsells. What I appreciated most was his honest guidance and smooth handling of the entire purchase process. Overall, very professional and customer-focused service. In close proximity to my house, CROMA offers a range of products. We bought a microwave from here 2 days before got delivered today. We loved the price plus extended warranty. The one thing I feel is the Staffs response there. They need to be more friendly and approachable. Rest a good place to shop.
